La prueba en sede administrativa tributaria, es una investigación con carácter académico, que tiene por objetivo responder a la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cuáles son los criterios de valoración y validación de la prueba en la actividad procesal de la administración tributaria, así como, la aplicación práctica, crítica dentro de la sede mencionada?, acudiendo tanto al método histórico como al análisis de textos jurídicos cuyas fuentes normativas se encuentran en la Constitución vigente, el modelo de Código Tributario para América Latina, el Código Tributario y el Código de Procedimiento Civil del Ecuador, entre otros
